Prohibited conduct

- Collecting unnecessary sensitive data without lawful basis and consent
- Impersonation or fraudulent practice listings
- Circumventing security, tenant isolation, or rate limits
- Scraping or automated abuse of public booking endpoints
- Reselling platform access without authorisation
- Processing payments for illegal goods or services
- Spam or unsolicited marketing without consent
Content standards
Service descriptions must be accurate. Do not make guarantees the platform cannot support. Health, legal, and financial claims must comply with your professional regulator's rules.
Enforcement
We may warn, suspend, or terminate accounts. Serious violations may be reported to authorities.
