This page distinguishes professional service delivery from physical goods shipping.

Physical goods
Kalenda does not currently enable checkout for `PHYSICAL` catalogue products. Kalenda does not operate a warehouse.
When physical commerce is unlocked for a seller:
- The contracting practice (seller) must disclose delivery or collection arrangements, delivery window, shipping charges, and return responsibility before checkout.
- Fulfilment party and tracking/handover records will be required.
Until then, only non-physical catalogue types (for example digital) and services may be sold where otherwise permitted.
