First contact
For booking or order issues, contact the practice named on your confirmation first where practical.
Platform escalation — Report an issue
You may escalate to Kalenda even when the practitioner is the first contact, using Report an issue from booking/order management (or email support@bizclinic.africa).
Supported categories include:
- Practitioner non-attendance
- Cancellation / refund disagreement
- Service not delivered or materially misdescribed
- Remote-access failure
- Duplicate or unauthorised payment
- Product delivery / condition (when products are enabled)
- Refund delay
- Loan or insurance premium disputes (separate product rails)
What we record
Case reference; booking/order and payment references; practice; reviewer; evidence and communications; decision, remedy and refund state; provider dispute reference and response deadline where applicable.
What Kalenda does not adjudicate
Kalenda does not adjudicate professional malpractice. Payment and service complaints are separate from professional-conduct complaints. Where relevant, we may provide a regulator referral route without claiming to decide clinical or legal competence.
Evidence for chargebacks
Only necessary booking and payment evidence is used. Diagnoses, clinical records and privileged files are not routinely exported.
