- Name, email, and phone (for booking confirmation and reminders)
- Billing address (if paying online)
- Appointment date, time, and service selected
- Optional intake responses you provide
- Payment status (processed by the practitioner's payment provider)
Who receives your data
- [Practitioner Name] — your data controller for this booking
- Kalenda — technology processor hosting the booking system
- Payment providers — if you pay online (Stripe, M-PAY, etc.)
Why data is used
To confirm your booking, send reminders, issue invoices, and process payments. Optional marketing messages require separate consent.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting the practitioner's privacy contact or using the [Privacy Center](/privacy-center/data-requests).
Retention
Booking records are kept according to the practitioner's retention settings and legal requirements.
