5. You will provide clients with appropriate privacy information before collecting their data.
6. You accept the Kalenda [Terms](/terms) and [Data Processing Addendum](/dpa).
7. You will configure cancellation, refund, and privacy notices for your clients.
8. If you process sensitive data, you will obtain appropriate consent and apply heightened safeguards.
